Lin Shen, female, born in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in July 1978. In 2007, she graduated from the Business School of East China Normal University with a doctorate in economics. In recent years, she has chaired two provincial scientific research projects, participated in three department and bureau level projects, published one monograph and several academic papers as the first author in the Journal of World Economy, Finance and Trade Economics, Comparative Economic & Social Systems and other journals.
